ABOUT ME
I started this company for two reasons:
1. I wanted to help others like me achieve their dream job.
2. I figured out I was good at it.

I have served with the Canadian Armed Forces for over 10 years, 3 of which were as the head recruiter for the British Columbia Regiment. During that time I was in charge of all application intake, physical & aptitude testing, as well as 1-on-1 interviews.

I was also a Washington State Firefighter, raising to the rank of Captain. As my role in the officer seat, I have ran a number of successful fire recruitment programs for volunteer firefighters and conducted many panel interviews.

Currently, I am a career junior Firefighter in the Lower Mainland, BC.
In my free time, I study Qualitative Research Methods (Conversational Interviewing) through MIT.

Through my knowledge of emergency service recruitment processes, and the position of Firefighter on the professional stage, you can count on up-to-date policies and practices that will ensure a solid foundation for your fire profile. Get good. Get hired.

Best of luck in the process!
